Tickets for Foreign Fans: Rock in Rio 2015!
“30 years ago, Queen performed in front of 250,000 people who fell in love with the band, and it became one of the most iconic moments of Rock in Rio. I am positive that the moments from 30 years ago will be rejuvenated and rejoiced with Queen + Adam Lambert, making it again a moment no one will ever forget.” – Rock in Rio President and Founder Roberto Medina
Queen is now returning to Rio with Adam Lambert to scene of history making 1985 Rock in Rio Concerts for “Rock in Rio 30 Years” to headline two nights, including the opening night concert, and all non-brazilian fans can purchase their tickets here or here!
Held once again in Barra da Tijuca’s Cidade do Rock, the festival will take place on September 18th, 19th, 20th, 24th, 25th, 26th, and 27th (Queen + Adam Lambert performing on the 18th). Tickets will be available for individual days for R$350 (full-price) and R$175 (half-price for students, the elderly and those with special needs). The gates will be open at 2PM. Any possible changes will be communicated on Rock In Rios‘s official website.
Traveling by car is not recommended as many of the roads around the Cidade do Rock will be closed with no available parking near the venue. Taking a jacket or raincoat is also suggested by previous attendees. The area where the venue is located is often windy and frequently has slightly lower temperatures than other areas of the city.
